日本發佈《RoHS標示》標準: JIS C 0950

日本國內工業標準：JIS C 0950 (或稱為J-MOSS)，全名為《電子及電氣設備特定化學物質的含有標示方法》，已於2005年12月20日制定完成，預計將於2006年7月1日正式生效。符合RoHS六項限用物質的電子及電氣設備，可標示綠色「G」標示；若六項中有任何一項未符合者，則需在設備本體、設備包裝箱(外箱)及目錄類(使用說明書、印刷品、網站)等標示黃紅色「R」標示，並在標示的下方或右方標注未符合的化學物質符號。

該標準的重點如下：

大小：寬度必須大於15mm以上。
顏色：依照JIS Z 8102表1所規定的黃紅色 (顏色代碼：2.5YR 5.5/13)。

Japan’s RoHS marking standard《JIS C 0950》

Japanese Industrial Standard 《The marking for presence of the specific chemical substances for electrical and electronic equipment》, JIS C 0950 : 2005 (J-MOSS) , had been established on 20 Dec 2005, which will come into effect by 1 July 2006. The《J-MOSS》Act require that the covered electrical and electronic equipment to mark with “content mark” on equipment body, package of equipment and catalogs or the like, when the percentage content of the specific chemical substances (Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, PBB and PBDE) to be calculated exceeds the maximum concentration values.

The highlight of this standard is as below:

■ Effective date:
The《J-MOSS》Act will come into effect by 1 July 2006. (comply with the effective time of RoHS Directive)

■ Content mark (R mark) :
Size: the width shall be at least 15 mm.
Color: the color of content mark shall be yellow red specified in table 1 of JIS Z 8102 (representative color
code is 2.5YR 5.5/13.



■ Green Mark (G mark):
Color: The color of Green Mark shall be green (representative color code: 2.5G 6.5/10) specified in table 1 of
JIS Z 8102.
